Thank you for shopping with Snapcase. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been packed, handed over to the courier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following details:

• Reason for Cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• The order will be cancelled.
• Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if:

• The order has already been shipped.
• The order has been delivered.
• The product is a special-order or customized item (if applicable).

Snapcase's Right to Cancel Orders

Snapcase reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment verification failure.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
